When does abstract submission open?
Abstract submission opens in November 2026, with a deadline of 31 January 2027.
When will I know if my abstract is accepted, and in what format?
The review process concludes by 31 March 2027. You’ll be notified at that point whether your presentation will be oral or poster format.
When do I need to register by?
All speakers and presenters must register before the first half of May 2027 to be included in the official program. The exact deadline will be confirmed in the notification sent at the end of March 2027, along with your review outcome.
When will registration fees be published?
By the end of September 2026.
